The Launch control feature can be used for Launch control or to retard the timing during transmission shifts. But not for both. The driver will have to set it up for one of them. These features came later than the hardware so plans were made to accommodate them in this hardware. Note: This feature is only available on specific firmware. ask your dealer on it before you buy.
